Decisions

Decisions can be excruciatingly scary.

You could be scared to move, scared to speak, you could know exactly what you want and afraid to do it. An internal tug-of-war that no one wins.

Taking that step forward even though your body can't move or is screaming at you not to and you do it anyway - is growth. 

No matter what the outcome, it's growth. 

Pruning is never fun, changing your "normal" or moving away from what you're comfortable with is challenging and can hurt.

But rebirth is difficult and scary but so very rewarding, freeing, as if time and everything around slows or stops and you don't.

You can look around and see your surroundings with clarity and fresh perspective. You gain vision.

Don't let those decisions in life stop you or hold you captive.

Break free of the restraints, come to terms with what you know to do and take that step of courage or leap of faith.
